<br />Chen Moore and Assocxiates has 32 full-time staff including 12 professional engineers, two
<br />landscape architects, a general contractor, and engineering inspectors to additionally support the
<br />key personnel detailed below if required.
<br />
<br />Peter Moore, RE., LEED AP is president of Chen Moore and Associates will serve as principal-in-charge
<br />for this project. He is ultimately responsible for all day to day operations of the firm. His experience
<br />includes roadway design, stormwater design, sanitary collection improvements, pump station
<br />rehabilitation, transportation engineering enhancements, water and reclaimed water consulting along
<br />with all other phases of civil engineering design and neighborhood improvements.
<br />
<br />Cristobal Betancourt, RLA is Chen Moore and Associates' Director of Landscape Architecture and
<br />Planning. He has experience providing planning and landscape architecture design solutions for public
<br />and private sector clients. Mr. Betancourt provides a full range of services starting with due diligence
<br />and master planning culminating in detailed site design. He is well versed in the use of low-impact
<br />development techniques applied to site planning. Mr. Betancourt is currently working on improvements
<br />to North Shore Bandshell Park in Miami Beach. Mr. Betancourt will serve as project manager for this
<br />project and will lead all landscape architecture/master planning services under this contract.
<br />
<br />Jeff Houghtaling, RLA has 18 years of landscape architecture experience providing conceptual
<br />hardscape/landscape design and presentations for various municipalities and private developers
<br />throughout South Florida. Mr. Houghtaling's experience includes construction drawings, layout plans,
<br />and construction details for site walls, pergolas, swimming pools, spas, fountains, garden walks, patios,
<br />driveways and other hardscape features. Mr. Houghtaling has extensive horticultural knowledge and
<br />experience with plant materials, including planting plans, specifications, and details, and comprehensive
<br />plant schedules. In addition, Jeff has successfully made presentations to HOA's, town councils, and
<br />architectural review boards. Jeff recently worked on a parks and recreation master plan for the City of
<br />Oakland Park and provided landscape plans for a portion of the Miami Greenway project.

<br />Stefan Bortak is a landscape designer with Chen Moore and Associates. He is responsible for all
<br />aspects of irrigation consulting, design, details and specifications. He prepared landscape, hardscape,
<br />and irrigation plans from concept to construction documents; irrigation distribution plans; water use
<br />permits; water use analysis; LEED documentation and calculations. Mr. Bortak has also performed
<br />construction administration, shop drawing review, and inspections.

<br />Jose L. Acosta, RE. has over 12 years of experience and has served as the project manager and Engineer
<br />of Record on many similar street and stormwater improvement projects for the Town of Miami Lakes
<br />and the City of Miami Gardens. He has also served in a quality control management role with the City
<br />of Miami Beach and the Village of Pinecrest. He has previously worked on projects throughout Miami-
<br />Dade County utilizing drainage wells, outfalls, exfiltration trench and innovative sustainable stormwater
<br />designs for new developments and for improvement of existing neighborhoods.

<br />Michael Buick, RE. has over 11 years of experience, including planning, design and permitting of site
<br />infrastructure including site paving, grading and drainage and site utility plans for public and private
<br />projects throughout Miami-Dade County. Mr. Buick is responsible fordesigning stormwater management
<br />systems (paving, grading and drainage) and water and sewer connections including design calculations,
<br />running flood routing models, and drafting design drawings with AutoCAD.
<br />
<br />Peter Dueiio, P.E. currently serves as an associate engineer with Chen Moore and Associates Miami
<br />office. He has been a project engineer for neighborhood improvement projects for the Cities of Dania
<br />Beach, North Miami Beach, Key West, and Pinecrest. His experience includes planning, pavement
<br />marking and signage, streetscape, stormwater modeling and design, water main design, permitting, and
<br />cost estimating. Peter has established strong working relationships with several permitting agencies,
<br />including Miami-Dade County DERM, South Florida Water Management District, Miami-Dade County
<br />Public Works, Florida DEP and the Florida Department of Transportation.
