<br />George English Park, Fort Lauderdale, FL <br /> <br />The Chappell Group, Inc. provided structural design services and environmental resource permitting for <br />",' the reconstruction of an existing recreational park located along <br />the Middle River in the City of Fort Lauderdale and Craven <br />Thompson & Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />Design and permitting services included the reconstruction of <br />an existing docks and boat ramps, as well as the stabilization of <br />eroded shorelines utilizing natural limestone rip rap. <br /> <br />Permitting services included fast track permitting of all work <br />within the basin and along the Middle River, through agencies <br />including South Florida Water Management District, U.S. Corp. <br />of Engineers and Broward County Environmental Protection <br />Department. <br /> <br />) <br /> <br /> <br />Hillsboro Inlet Park, Pompano Beach, FL <br /> <br />The Chappell Group, Inc. was subcontracted by Corzo Castella Carballo Thompson Salman (C3TS) for <br />the City of Pompano Beach to prepare conceptual designs for improvements to the existing park, fishing <br />pier, and boardwalk on-site. TCG was not only responsible for a benthic survey, and Environmental <br />.~yZ:' ~ Asses.sment, but also for researc~i~g the existing <br />~~~". In addition, TCG <br />provided input to C3TS on the feasibility and <br />operation constraints of the proposed park <br />improvements to assist in the development of the <br />conceptual floating dock designs. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />, <br /> <br />Stoner and Associates (Survey) <br /> <br />City of Sunrise - N.W. 136th Avenue <br /> <br />Performed a topographic survey of NW. 136th Avenue, from the north approach slab of the New River <br />Canal Bridge to the south side of Sunrise Boulevard and from the west back of curb to the east back of <br />curb. Total length of project: 9,540 linear feet. <br /> <br />City of Sunrise - Entry Feature Walls <br /> <br />Performed topographic surveys for eleven sites. Surveys were for the design and construction of new <br />entry feature signs. <br /> <br />City of Miami Beach - South Pointe II <br /> <br />Performed a right-of-way and topographic of a southern portion of Miami Beach. Located aboveground <br />improvements. Prepared storm and drainage as-builts.
