<br />Background:
<br />Experience in mechanical work includes responsibility for design, field supervision and
<br />trouble - shooting of numerous industrial and commercial heating, ventilating and air
<br />conditioning installations, ranging from minimum size of 50 tons to installations over 2,000
<br />tons, Other systems include constant temperature - humidity rooms, low temperature rooms
<br />and freezers, low temperature rooms, dust collections systems, high pressure piping
<br />systems, service piping, process piping and plumbing
<br />
<br />Mr, Worthy's background as a test and balance engineer as well as design engineer has led
<br />to forensic engineering experience as expert witness for both plaintiff and defense attorneys,
<br />Areas of litigation have included piping system corrosion, high humidity's, mold and mildew,
<br />pumping deficiencies, condensation and inadequate HVAC capacities. As test and balance
<br />consultant for Broward County School System, much work has been done in solving poor
<br />IAQ schools, both inadequate ventilation and mold and mildew,

<br />Experience:
<br />Ocean Front Park Lighting, City of Boynton Beach, FL, New lighting for a construction cost
<br />of $100,000,
<br />FlU Recreational Facility, Miami, FL, This project consisted of upgrades and expansion of
<br />the existing recreational facility at the FlU Campus, The project included new lighting and
<br />HVACs systems for the school's gymnasium where FlU's athletic teams work out. The
<br />facility included machines, free weights, Jacuzzi, office areas, a new football coach's office,
<br />cardio machines and other activities usually found in a gymnasium. Services included:
<br />Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering.
<br />Sunny Isles Pier, Sunny Isles, FL, The project consisted of the lighting design and plumbing
<br />design for the renovation of the Sunny Isles Fishing Pier which is about 635' long, A new
<br />white vanilla box restaurant was added to the pier as well as a fish cleaning area,
<br />Completion Date: 2009, Total Project Cost: $400,000
<br />Westwind Community Center, Fort Lauderdale, FL. New 6,000 SF Community Center
<br />" which included meeting rooms, gym, game room, offices and bathrooms. The electrical
<br />, design included lighting, site lighting, power, fire alarm security and communication systems,
<br />Mechanical design included heating, ventilating, air conditioning and plumbing systems,
<br />, City of Hallandale Adult Center, Hallandale, FL, Electrical design included lighting and
<br />power for two soccer fields and one baseball ball field, Lighting was designed to achieve 50
<br />foot-candles on the fields per the city standards,
<br />Nanay Community Center Addition, North Miami Beach, FL. The project consisted of the
<br />renovation and upgrade of the existing two story community center. Each story is
<br />approximately 4,000 SF by adding an additional story and a roof deck, The additional floor
<br />included a kitchen, bathrooms, offices, recreational areas and meeting rooms for a project
<br />cost of $3 M.
<br />Olympus Community Center, Olympus Condominiums, Aventura, FL, This project
<br />consisted of the renovation and upgrades to the 24,000 SF Community Center. The facility
<br />was on two levels and included meeting space, a kitchen, offices, and bathrooms, The
<br />facility had drainage problems that were addressed in the design, Services Provided:
