<br />City of Hallandale Adult Center, Hallandale, FL, Electrical design included lighting and power for two soccer fields and one baseball ball
<br />field. Lighting was designed to achieve 50 foot-candles on the fields per the city standards,
<br />FlU Recreational Facility, Miami, FL. This project consisted of upgrades and expansion of the existing recreational facility at the FlU
<br />Campus, The project included new lighting and HVACs systems for the school's gymnasium where FlU's athletic teams work out. The
<br />facility included machines, free weights, Jacuzzi, office areas, a new football coach's office, cardio machines and other activities usually
<br />found in a gymnasium. Services included: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering,
<br />Nanay Community Center Addition, North Miami Beach, FL, The project consisted of the renovation and upgrade of the existing two story
<br />community center. Each story is approximately 4,000 SF by adding an additional story and a roof deck, The additional floor included a
<br />kitchen, bathrooms, offices, recreational areas and meeting rooms for a project cost of $3 M.
<br />Olympus Community Center, Olympus Condominiums, Aventura, FL. This project consisted of the renovation and upgrades to the 24,000
<br />SF Community Center. The facility was on two levels and included meeting space, a kitchen, offices, and bathrooms, The facility had
<br />drainage problems that were addressed in the design, Services Provided: Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering
<br />Sad kin Community Center, Lauderhill, FL, The project is a two story existing Community Center with approximately 6,800 SF per floor.
<br />The existing roof top units will be replaced and only selected areas will be renovated. Most of the first floor ceiling will be replaced, new
<br />lighting will be provided as well as new ductwork will be provided, Services provided included: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire
<br />Protection Engineering, Project completed in 2009 for a project cost of $1 ,000,000.

<br />Fort Lauderdale Airport Continuing Services Contract, Fort Lauderdale, FL, As part of the Parson's team for the continuing services
<br />contract at the airport for construction management, Project Caine, Inc. provided MEP services on numerous projects.

<br />FAU Continuing Engineering Services Contract, Boca Raton, FL, Project Caine, Inc. provided MEP services on numerous small
<br />renovation projects such as offices, laboratories, gymnasiums, lighting studies, lightning protection studies and design, fire alarm systems,
<br />etc... Project Caine, Inc. was recently awarded a second continuing services contract with FAU to provide MEP services.
