Various methods <br />are available to effectively conserve water and other resources, such as grouping plants by water <br />requirements, irrigation "zoning", the design of porous pipe underground irrigation, use of gravels <br />and native drought-tolerant plants, and mulching. Just as importantly, is the need to minimize <br />maintenance requirements. Generally, our design documents reflect the most current techniques for <br />low maintenance, resource-efficient landscapes. <br /> <br />Savino & Miller Design Studio is bringing a highly qualified consultant team that will assist as required in the <br />successful completion to this project: <br /> <br />Langan Engineering: Is one of the most experienced engineering firms in the area. For this project they <br />will assist by providing Surveying, geotechnical, civil, environmental and permitting and traffic engineering <br />services if necessary <br /> <br />Douglas Wood and Associates: Recently awarded the best Structural Engineering firm by the FI. AlA. <br /> <br />JLRW Engineering: Electrical, Plumbing Engineering as required.
