Bounded <br />on three sides by the town marketplaee and two restaurants and to the south by <br />the island marina, it is the perfect opportunity to create a plaza which does what <br />great plazas do: provide a place for residents and visitors alike to eat, congregate, <br />converse, people watch, attend concerts and other events, and experience a <br />beautiful open spaee. The plaza's design is simple and elegant, laid out in a <br />symmetry which reflects the surrounding architectural geometry. Large Live Oak <br />trees are plaeed to provide an extensive shade canopy flanking the plaza, which <br />is paved in native keystone and limestone pavers.
