Our Landscape Master Plan links
the City Hall with the new facility and an existing ancillary office building along
17th Street. These buildings form a corner open space at Meridian and 17th
Street. The space, now a new plaza, was re-designed as an urban shady oasis
that acts as an entry courtyard to the existing office building and the new multi-
purpose parking facility.

Location: Miami Beach, FL
Service: Master Plan, Schematic Design through Construction Phase
Serviees
Principal Firm: Perkins + Will
Date: 2011
Project Cost: $550,000
Client: City 01 Miami Beach
Client Info: Jose Gelabert-Navia 305.569.1333
Principal in-charge: Barry Miller

311
