This is only <br />possible with experience and by working with qualified professionals in our team, especially when having <br />previous project experience together. Our firm has developed standardized procedures and methodologies <br />for quality control and efficiency in document delivery. We are continually updating our details and speci- <br />fications to reflect current thinking and technologies in regard to tree and palm planting, paver, lighting and <br />irrigation. <br /> <br />Communication is another important aspect of our practice. We meet once a week with all the project <br />managers and designers in order to go over each one of the projects and we meet regularly with our sub- <br />consultants in order to coordinate drawings and specifications and to clarify and delineate tasks. These <br />progress meetings with consultants and with clients, as work progresses, ensure that tasks are achieved <br />as expected. <br /> <br />We have standardized many of our construction phase procedures as well, including routine site visits and <br />punch lists as well, and remain committed throughout the design and construction process to ensure our <br />clients they get what they paid for, and the design's intent is preserved. <br /> <br />In order to produce quality documents our office uses Auto Cad drafting and other graphic programs that <br />ensures accuracy and quality. <br /> <br />_1[.:a:~;ln!iP.a.!!!.!. <br /> <br />79 ~ <br />
