May 2003 <br /> <br />KEY INDIVIDUALS <br />INVOLVED: <br /> <br />Ignacio Serralta, P.E. <br />Jean-Claude Fontaneau <br /> <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />SRS provided the engineering design, permitting and <br />construction phase services of Miller's Pond Park including <br />site utilities, parking area, and concrete walkways, This work <br />included the design of paving, grading, and drainage plans for <br />118 cars parking lot. Our scope of work also included <br />construction plans for "dry-run" and "final" review by local <br />regulatory agencies including Miami-Dade County Public <br />Works Dept., and Miami-Dade County Park and Recreation <br />Department. Construction Phase services included bi-weekly <br />construction meetings, reviewing shop drawings, responding <br />to RFI's, providing periodic construction observations, and <br />preparing close-out documents. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
