<br />Mr. Jean-Claude Fontaneau has more than nine years of experience in civil
<br />engineering design. He has been in responsible charge of the planning and
<br />design of a variety of municipal and site development projects, Mr. Fontaneau is
<br />primarily responsible for the engineering design and preparation of plans and
<br />specifications including the design of roadway improvements, storm drainage
<br />systems, water and sanitary sewer pipelines, pump stations, and site
<br />development projects.

<br />PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
<br />
<br />· Project Engineer responsible for overseeing the design, preparation of construction documents, plan
<br />permitting, and pre-construction phase support services to the City of Hialeah for the construction W. 36th
<br />Avenue between NW, 138th Street and N,W, 154th Street. The total length of project was approximately 5,400
<br />linear feet and consisted of a 100' wide, 4-lane roadway with center median, The Project tasks included meeting
<br />with City of Hialeah staff and local regulatory agencies to establish design guidelines, conduct a utility search
<br />and identification of existing utilities and traffic controls, and review roadway design standards; designed and
<br />preparation of construction documents for the project that included the preparation of summary of quantities,
<br />roadway plan and profiles, roadway drainage, signage and marking plans, roadway lighting, MOT plan,
<br />specifications, and engineer's estimate of probable construction cost. Other responsibilities included
<br />coordinating all topographical surveys and geotechnical investigations, and all environmental studies including
<br />wetland mitigation reports and preparation of ERP permit. Permitting included all applicable regulatory agencies
<br />including City of Hialeah, SFWMD, CaE, DERM, and MDPWD.

<br />· Miami-Dade Expressway Authority, S.R. 836 Toll Plaza Expansion. Design Engineer for the design of the
<br />relocation of existing water and sanitary sewer mains along NW 9th Street as part of the S.R. 836 Toll Plaza
<br />Expansion. The project included design of 330 LF of 8" water main, 600 LF of 8" and 10" sanitary sewer mains,
<br />abandonment of existing water mains, and extension of existing water main encasements.

<br />· Design Engineer responsible for the design, preparation of construction documents, plans permitting, and
<br />provide pre-construction phase support services to the City of Hialeah for the construction of W. 36th Avenue
<br />(NW. 97th Ave) between W. 84th Street (N.W. 138th Street) to W, 76th Street. The total length of project was
<br />approximately 2,600 linear feet. The new roadway requirements included a minimum of 100' wide roadway with
<br />center median.

<br />· Design Engineer responsible for the engineering design work for Miami-Dade County Public Works
<br />Department for the widening of Miller Drive between SW 152nd Avenue and SW 158th Avenue (3,250 LF).
<br />
<br />· Design Engineer responsible for the engineering design work for the reconstruction of several existing local
<br />roadways. The total length of the projects was approximately 26 miles of roadways.
<br />
<br />· Department of Environmental Resources Management. Installation of storm drainage pipes system with a
<br />pump station at Biscayne Garden. This project includes preparation of general plans and notes, design of storm
<br />drain plans and profiles, and pump station with backup generator.
