<br />Mr. Oliverio Sanchez has more than thirty years of experience in project
<br />management and engineering design for both public and private sectors
<br />in Central and South Florida, Mexico, the Caribbean and Spain, in the
<br />fields of land development and site planning, airport work on both
<br />landside and airside, port and marina developments, municipal
<br />engineering, storm water management and drainage engineering,
<br />roadway engineering, construction management, field supervision, and
<br />quality control. His experience has provided him with helpful knowledge
<br />in the field of governmental agencies coordination and plan approvals
<br />and processing.

<br />. Project Manager for the engineering design, permitting and construction phase services for
<br />Chapman Field Park, The project included a pedestrian/bike path, access road, bridge, parking
<br />area, and canoe ramp. The work included the geometric design of the pedestrian/bike paths and
<br />parking lot, design site paving, grading, and drainage plans, and pavement marking and signage
<br />plans. Coordinating the work with other subconsultants including Surveyors, Geotechnical,
<br />Structural Engineers and environmental consultants. Construction Phase services included weekly
<br />construction meetings, reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFI's, providing periodic
<br />construction observations, and preparing close-out documents.

<br />scope of work also included preparing and submitting permit applications and construction plans for
<br />"dry-run" and "final" review by local regulatory agencies including Miami-Dade County Building
<br />Department, Miami-Dade Public Works Dept., and DERM; and construction phase services
<br />included weekly construction meetings, reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFI's, providing

<br />This project included the design of site utilities, parking area, building site, play field, access road,
<br />and walkways. This work included the design of 12" water main extension, gravity sewer main
<br />extension, paving, grading, and drainage plans for a 680 L.F. of access road and a 97 cars parking
<br />lot. Our scope of work also included preparing and submitting water service agreement, DEP
<br />applications and construction plans for "dry-run" and "final" review by local regulatory agencies
<br />including Miami-Dade County Building Department, MDWASD, Miami-Dade Public Works Dept.,
<br />Miami-Dade Fire Dept., DERM, and State of Florida Health Department.

<br />. Project Manager for the design and construction phase services for new sewer systems to serve
<br />the Crandon Golf Course and the Crandon Park Marina. These projects involved the design of
<br />approximately 1,900 LF gravity sewer mains and two sewer pump stations. Work also included
<br />abandoning the existing septic tanks and drain fields and obtaining permits from DEP, DERM and
<br />the Building Department. Construction Phase services included weekly construction meetings,
<br />reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFI's, providing continuous off-site construction
<br />observations, and preparing close-out documents
