The EAR -based amendments resulted in new policies that prepared the community for services <br />close to home while encouraging greater pedestrian, bicycle, and equestrian facilities in this rural <br />community. Amendments included criteria for annexations, managing solid waste facilities, and <br />organizing capital improvements.
