<br />of sign structures damaged during hurricanes Frances and Jeanne. FEMA funding was able to be used due

<br />Water Main and Force Main Subaqueous Crossing of the Dania Cut -off Canal, Dania Beach, Florida:
<br />Project manager and FOR for the replacement of the existing water and sewage force mains under the
<br />Dania Cut -off Canal via horizontal directional drill to accommodate the proposed dredging of the canal.
<br />Also included is the replacement of an additional 1200 LF of the existing mains on NE 7th Avenue up to NE
<br />10th St. to accommodate the future airport expansion and NE 10th St. extension projects. Client: City of

<br />Water Main replacement on NE 2nd St., Dania Beach, Florida: Project Manager for the replacement of
<br />1300 LF of existing water main in a residential neighborhood including replacing all water services,

<br />Dania Beach Public Services Fueling Station: Project Manager for design and construction of a new
<br />public services fueling station in compliance with all local and state codes including recent changes to
<br />secondary containment requirements. The station includes key card access for City employees and remote
<br />monitoring of the fuel station. Also included was the permitting and licensing of the new station and
<br />removal of the existing fueling station, a new 2,000 gallon above ground storage tank for a generator on
<br />site, bidding and award, engineering during construction, and project close out. Client: City of Dania Beach,

<br />Lift Station 15 Rehabilitation, Dania Beach, Florida: Project Manager for the rehabilitation of lift station
<br />15. The project included complete rehab of the existing wet well, installation of two submersible chopper
<br />pumps to alleviate problems with ragging, a new valve box, control panel and a permanent stand -by

<br />Lift Station Rehabilitation, Dania Beach, Florida: Project Manager for the rehabilitation of five lift
<br />stations within the City of Dania Beach. Three of the stations are conversions from the can -type station to a
<br />submersible lift station while the other two are pump replacements. All stations include rehabilitation of
<br />the existing wet well, installation of a valve box, new control panels, a stand -by emergency generator,
<br />fencing and landscaping. Permitting, bidding and award, engineering during construction, construction
