<br />SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
<br />Mr. Jackson has 44 years of experience in all phases of land surveying including
<br />boundary, coastal control, hydrographic, route surveys, topographic, and as -built
<br />surveys, sketch and descriptions, legal descriptions, record plats and, boundary
<br />descriptions for annexations and de- annexations for municipalities.
<br />Mr. Jackson's current position as Director of the Surveying and Mapping Department at
<br />Calvin, Giordano puts him in the role of the main point of contact for all of our municipal
<br />clients. As a result, he is personally involved in every municipal project from route
<br />surveys, hydrographic surveys, boundary /topo surveys, construction layout and as -built
<br />j surveys, GPS surveys and 3d Laser scanning.
<br />Prior to CGA, Mr. Jackson worked for the Florida Department of Transportation as a
<br />r rodman, instrument man, and party chief. His last position there was in the Right -of-
<br />Way (R /W) Engineering Department Calculation Section, where he prepared R/W maps.

<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Diplomat Hotel, Hollywood, Florida. Prepared coastal control surveys for the 38 -story
<br />Diplomat Hotel in accordance with 61G17 -6 and 6213-33.09 of the Florida
<br />°.) Administrative Code. Consultant for compliance with FEMA requirements; provided
<br />(j exhibits and elevation certificates that reflected compliance with FEMA.
<br />City of Weston, Florida. Serves as the FEMA Administrator as a function of a multi -
<br />j service, multi -year contract that CGA has with the City. Back in 1996 Mr. Jackson
<br />€ developed a close working relationship with Ms, Susan Wilson, CFM Chief, Floodplain
<br />Management and Insurance Branch Division DHS /FEMA Region IV in having the City
<br />accepted into the National Flood Insurance Program. In 2008, Mr. Jackson was tasked by
<br />J the City of Weston to have the City become participants of the Community Rating
<br />System. CGA performed various engineering and surveying services, assembled existing
<br />` information, consulted with the City's Public Works Department, prepared the
<br />E ) application package, and submitted the request to FEMA's Ms, Susan Wilson and Ms Sue
<br />Hopfensperger, CFM ISO /CRS Specialist for this application. CGA personnel worked with
<br />the ISO /CRS reviewer to eventually have the City become CRS participants with a
<br />�) Classification of 8.
<br />FEMA Administration for the City of West Park, Florida. Work closely with Ms, Susan
<br />Wilson, CFM Chief, Floodplain Management and Insurance Branch Division DHS /FEMA
<br />Region IV on requirement issues and work closely with Ms Mollie Heibert Rosario, MS,
<br />CFM Floodplain Management Specialist National Flood Insurance Program /Mitigation
<br />out of Tallahassee who performs the Community Assistance Contact Report.
<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Supervised the development of a base map for GIS
<br />by compiling all recorded plats within the City limits.
