The CGA attendees present <br />at the meetings will be dependent on the phase of the project and the issues to be addressed. These <br />meetings will be focused on adherence to the project timeline, quality control, budget, and also on the <br />resolution of any outstanding issues. <br />Close attention to the budgetary constraints of available funding will be a primary focus of the CGA team. In <br />addition, value- engineering analysis will play a critical role in insuring the most efficient design possible. <br />No work will be added to the project without review and agreement by both the City staff and the CGA <br />project manager; such review will include cost and time impacts in order to identify alternative solutions, <br />which can maintain the project's budget. An initial review of the long -range estimate will be conducted as <br />one of the first work items under this contract. Verifying the estimated work against the agreed upon <br />project scope will establish the baseline cost for construction.
