Qualifications <br />DESIGN EXPERIENCE WITH WATER SUPPLY AND WASTEWATER <br />SYSTEMS <br />Master plans of water and sanitary sewer systems, hydraulic network <br />analysis by computer, sanitary sewer collection and transmission <br />systems including forces mains and gravity systems, water distribution <br />and transmission systems, pump stations, wells, water treatment plants <br />and special structures. <br />Hialeah Annex Water and Sewer Systems and Master Plan - This <br />work included the preparation of a water and sewer master plan for the <br />area in order to determine the current and future service needs and the <br />size and location /alignment of water and sewer main lines needed <br />along the major arterial roadways. It also included the design of an <br />8.06 MGD regional sewer pump station with backup generator with <br />e <br />In addition to our firm's vast experience designing local <br />roadway and site /land improvement projects, our firm also <br />specializes in providing municipalities with construction <br />administration support services and construction <br />engineering inspection (CEI) services. Our most recent <br />relevant experience includes several roadway and drainage <br />improvement projects /contracts for Miami -Dade County <br />Public Works, DERM, City of Miami, City of Hialeah, and as <br />Construction Consultants to the Naranja Lakes CRA. <br />Among these projects were the NW 3rd Street and SW 69th <br />Street Storm Sewer Projects for the City of Miami Office of <br />Capital Improvements which had a combined construction <br />cost of $2.3 million in roadway restorations, Pinehurst Storm <br />Sewer Retrofitting Project which included roadway <br />restoration and drainage improvements with a construction <br />L ka <br />, <br />2005 <br />sufficient capacity to serve the entire <br />annexed and adjacent areas. Additional <br />work included the design of approximately <br />1,480 LF of 24 -inch gravity sanitary sewer <br />mains, approximately 10,724 LF of 24 -inch <br />force main extensions, approximately 3,229 <br />LF of 36 -inch force main extensions, and <br />approximately 12,166 LF of 36 -inch water <br />main extensions. <br />cost of $1.6 million and Avalon Storm Sewer Project which includes <br />both roadway restoration and drainage improvements and has an <br />estimated construction cost of over $3 million.
