The project is located <br />within A.D. Barnes Park along the Coral Gables <br />Canal. The work included the geometric design of <br />the walkways /bike paths and parking lot, design <br />site paving, grading, and drainage plans. <br />Coordinating the work of subconsultants including <br />Surveyors, Geotechnical, electrical site lighting <br />and Landscaping. Our scope of work also included <br />preparing and submitting permit applications and <br />construction plans for "dry -run" and "final" review <br />by local regulatory agencies including Miami -Dade <br />County Building Department, Miami -Dade Public <br />Works Dept., and DERM. <br />Construction Phase services included weekly <br />construction meetings, reviewing shop drawings, <br />responding to RFI's, providing periodic <br />construction observations, and preparing close- <br />out documents. <br />0EW"N10_"31NEER1NG,1NC. 0-0 <br />
