Vice President/ Sr Project Manager Mr. Oliverio Sanchez has over thirty years of experience in project management and engineering design for both public and private sectors in Central and South Florida, Mexico, the Caribbean and Spain, in the fields of land development and site planning, airport work on both landside and airside, port and marina developments, municipal engineering, storm water management and drainage engineering, roadway engineering, construction management, field supervision and quality control. His experience has provided him with helpful knowledge in the field of governmental agencies coordination, plan approvals and processing. No. PE44771 Certified Uniform Building Code Inspector (UBCI) PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Roadway Design • NW 138th Street between 1 -75 and N.W. 107th Avenue. The total length of project was approximately 7,200 linear feet and consisted of a 130' wide, 6 -lane roadway with center median and new 70' wide canal. • W. 36th Avenue (NW 97th Ave.) between N.W. 138th Street and N.W. 154th Street. The total length of project was approximately 5,400 linear feet and consisted of a 100' wide, 4 -lane roadway with center median. • Miller Drive between SW 152nd Avenue and SW 158th Avenue (3,250 LF). The project consisted of providing engineering design, preparation of construction documents, permitting assistance, and construction phase support services. • NW 97th Avenue Bridge — new roadway and overpass over SR 836. • Alex Muxo Jr. Boulevard, Homestead — new roadway design. • Park of Commerce Boulevard, Homestead — new roadway design. Water and Sewer Installations • City of Hialeah, Annexation Area — Water and Sewer Master Plan including design of 36" force main and water main extensions • City of Hialeah, Annexation Area — design of 36" Transmission Water Main • City of Hialeah, Annexation Area — design of 36" Transmission Force Main • Coconut Grove Metrorail Station — installation of 60" ECP water transmission line to replace 2 -42" water mains, and new 12" and 16' DIP water mains. • Park of Commerce Boulevard and Homestead Motorsport Complex, Homestead — expansion of the City's water distribution and sewage collection systems to serve both developments, including a one million gallon equalizing water elevated tank and three pump stations. Land Development • Century Prestige — ±82 acres of development, including 330 single family homes with a five acre lake and an adjacent 14 -acre tract of land. • Bluewaters — 80 -acre mix -use Single Family/Townhouse development included the design of on -site paving, grading and drainage, the design of on -site roadways including adjacent portions of SW 112`' Avenue and SW 240`h Street. • Bellagio Isle, West Dade — master planning of 640 acres multi -use development. • City of Homestead — master planning and infrastructure of Park of Commerce; water distribution and sewage collection system expansions on southeast section of the City. • Vicenza at Hialeah Gardens — 72 acres of development, including 271 single family homes, 401 town homes, 328 apartments, a commercial tract for a strip mall, a 10 -acre charter school and two parks.
