<br />Ms. Aleman is the Sr. Vice President of F.R. Aleman and Associates, Inc. (FRA) and is directly
<br />responsible for ALL the firm's Transportation and Planning Contracts statewide. Ms. Aleman
<br />has twenty years of diversified technical experience spanning the following disciplines: traffic,
<br />safety and transportation engineering; Geographic Information Systems; Surveying and
<br />Mapping; traffic and highway data collection; land use; transportation policy and land
<br />planning; minor highway design; utility coordinating, locating and designating; and
<br />construction, engineering and inspection (CEI).
