YVETTE A. ALEMAN, P.E. Sr. Vice President <br />Ms. Aleman is the Sr. Vice President of F.R. Aleman and Associates, Inc. (FRA) and is directly <br />responsible for ALL the firm's Transportation and Planning Contracts statewide. Ms. Aleman <br />has twenty years of diversified technical experience spanning the following disciplines: traffic, <br />safety and transportation engineering; Geographic Information Systems; Surveying and <br />Mapping; traffic and highway data collection; land use; transportation policy and land <br />planning; minor highway design; utility coordinating, locating and designating; and <br />construction, engineering and inspection (CEI). <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />M.B.A. <br />Districtwide RCI Data Collection, FDOT 4 (312005 — 312010). Ms. Aleman serves as the <br />Florida International <br />Principal in Charge for this contract. The scope of this contract requires FRA to provide <br />University; Miami, FL <br />QA/QC of RCI data collection of other consultants. Another important task involves on site <br />EXPERTISE <br />GIS assistance. Contact: Mr. Ted Jones (904) 638-0259 <br />Public Involvement <br />SR 5 /Brickell Avenue PD &E Study, from S of SE 25th Road to SE 4th Street in Miami Dade <br />University; Miami, FL <br />County, FDOT 6 (11/2004 — 6/2oo6). Ms. Aleman served as the Project Manager for this high <br />EXPERIENCE <br />profile project. It involved a PD &E study to document the requirements for preliminary <br />With FRA: 17 Years <br />design including Public Involvement; Engineering Analysis and Reports; Environmental <br />REGISTRATION <br />Analysis. Ms. Aleman <br />Florida International <br />was the Project Director involved in providing QA/QC of the contract's tasks which involved <br />University; Miami, FL <br />RCI, SLD regeneration, HPMS, routine traffic counts, vehicle classification counts, PTMS, <br />(1997) <br />saturation flow & headway measurement, vehicle delay, arterial travel time & delay, origin - <br />destination surveys, condition diagram, vehicle gap measurement, spot speed measurement, <br />design traffic, traffic /inventory data entry, vehicle occupancy survey & general statistics <br />support. Ms. Aleman served <br />(1992) <br />as the Principal -in- Charge and the Project Engineer for the above projects respectfully. She <br />provided FDOT with professional traffic engineering services through the development of <br />REGISTRATION <br />highway safety studies derived from the requirements of the Federal -Aid Hazard Elimination <br />Professional Engineer <br />Safety and Surface Transportation Safety Programs. The specific objective of the contract is <br />Florida No. 48185, <br />to provide highway safety studies/reports that identify and quantify safety problems, <br />(1994) <br />develop cost effective treatments and recommend appropriate solutions.
