<br />AMAZIA L. KIBOKO, P.E., PTOE Sr. Engineer
<br />Mr. Kiboko began at FRA in 1992 as an Engineer, he has been promoted since and is now
<br />the Vice President of Design, Planning & Transportation. He has over 26 years of, "diverse
<br />and well rounded experience" in the areas of traffic operations studies, transportation
<br />engineering, planning, statistics, traffic signal timing, data collection and analysis, ITS,
<br />roadway /highway design, signalization, signing, pavement markings, and utility
<br />coordination. Mr. Kiboko routinely achieves NEARLY PERFECT scores on all the contracts
<br />he manages for FDOT.
<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Roadway /Highway Design General Consultant Contract (sub), Port Everglades (2006 - Ongoing). FRA is currently
<br />Signalization working at Port Everglades as a subconsultant to the General Consultant, we provide
<br />miscellaneous services including Traffic Engineering, Minor Design and ITS services.
<br />Lighting Design Under this project FRA is involved on the following project: Mcintosh Loop Road
<br />ITS Realignment: This project consisted of detailed programming phase where traffic
<br />Traffic Engineering circulation, Port and user operations, and future plans of the southport development were
<br />Transportation Planning all analyzed to take account the best solution for the port. Tasks included meetings with
<br />all involved Port departments and presentations to various stakeholders in order to build
<br />EXPERIENCE consensus of the proposed alignment. The project deliverables were a report documenting
<br />the traffic study, attending all necessary meetings, analysis and recommendations.

<br />Engineer for this contract. These contracts involved performing RCI /HPMS /SLD
<br />regeneration, preparation of Base Map /RCI discrepancy packages, RHCI, routine traffic
<br />counts, vehicle classification counts, PTMS, saturation flow & headway measurement,
<br />vehicle delay, arterial travel time & delay, traffic /inventory data entry, origin- destination
<br />surveys, condition diagram, vehicle gap measurement, spot speed measurement, design
<br />traffic, vehicle occupancy survey & general statistics support including providing on -site
<br />support and on -site equipment, GIS (training), mapping, GPS, IMRs, jurisdictional roadway

<br />Districtwide Traffic Operations Safety Studies, FDOT 6. Mr. Kiboko served as a Sr.
<br />Engineer developed for FRA project management purposes, an automated Crash Analysis
<br />Package using Visual Basic Programming. This program automatically extracts accidents
<br />from FDOT's mainframe and produced riot only crash surnmaries but also crash analysis
<br />and collision diagrams in Excel. This Innovative Crash Analysis Package has resulted in a
<br />cost savings for the Traffic Operations Safety group in District 6. He also serves as the
<br />Project Engineer in charge of the day -to -day activities in providing highway safety
<br />studies /reports that identify and quantify safety problems, develop cost effective

<br />Districrivide Traffic Operations Data Collection, FDOT 6. Mr. Kiboko served as the Project
<br />Manager for this contract that involved providing FDOT with data collection to support
<br />traffic operations functions. Such data includes: traffic counts, RCI /HPMS, origin -
<br />destination surveys, travel time and delay surveys, trip generation, saturation flow,
