<br />Bruce Brodsky has 18 years of experience in providing planning and landscape architectural
<br />services that include master planning, site planning, landscape and hardscape design, and
<br />construction management. His project experience includes parks, landfi ll-to-park conversions,
<br />botanical gardens, golf courses and country clubs, expressways and interchanges, mixed-use
<br />developments, landscape improvement programs, port terminal facilities, emergency-training
<br />facilities, town home developments, and streetscape improvements. Mr. Brodsky is a member
<br />of the American Institute of Certifi ed Planners (AICP), the American Planning Association (APA),
<br />and the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA); he is also a Certifi ed Inspector,
<br />National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).
<br />Mr. Brodsky’s representative project experience includes:
<br />Panama City – Bay County International Airport Redevelopment Master Planning,
<br />Panama City, FL. Background analysis and assessment of the existing 708-acre airport
<br />property and preparation of alternative mixed use community plans for site redevelopment.
<br />Assisted in advising the Airport Board regarding the sale of the property and redevelopment
<br />strategies.
<br />Panama City – Bay County International Airport Relocation, Panama City, FL.
<br />Preparation of landscape, hardscape, signage, and irrigation concepts and construction
<br />documents for development of the new Panama City – Bay County International Airport.
<br />Beckrich Business Park, Panama City Beach, FL. This development consists of professional
<br />offi ce buildings in a campus setting. The site is adjacent to wetlands that were incorporated
<br />into the plan to create a development which not only functions but also complements the
<br />surrounding environment. Provided project management, site planning, landscape, and
<br />irrigation design services, as well as construction administration.
<br />Pier Park, Panama City Beach, FL. Provided the Pier Park Community Development
<br />District (CDD) with services that included landscape architecture for the mixed-use Pier Park
<br />development in Panama City Beach, Florida. Pier Park encompasses approximately 260-acres
<br />and spans from the Gulf of Mexico to Back Beach Road, a distance of more than 1/2 mile.
<br />The project included design and construction of infrastructure needs for Pier Park’s future
<br />development which is anticipated to include retail shopping, hotels, restaurants, recreational,
<br />and entertainment venues.
<br />WaterColor, Seaside, FL. Landscape/hardscape design for Camp Watercolor and various
<br />Parks/Common areas within the community, as well as the Publix shopping center and ‘Back
<br />of House’ area. The design was developed using plant material native to this coastal region.
<br />Construction administration services were provided.
<br />WindMark, Gulf County FL. Developed landscape designs for this new community adjacent
<br />to Port St. Joe, Florida. The project included design of entry features, a community center and
<br />pool, and streetscape. Hardscape, landscape, and irrigation construction documents were
<br />prepared, and construction administration services provided.
<br />Celebration Community Development District, Celebration, FL. Provided landscape
<br />design and construction document preparation for the Celebration Community Development
<br />District, including common-area landscape development. The plans included entry features,
<br />streetscape tree plantings, as well as design for community open space and parks. The
<br />landscape materials were carefully chosen to help provide overall community cohesiveness while
