<br />the development of a municipal parking garage and transit station along the US-1
<br />Busway in Palmetto Bay. They have analyzed capital improvement programs to
<br />prioritize the feasibility of various infrastructure improvements in Cutler Bay, Palmetto
<br />Bay, Miami Beach, Doral, and Miami Gardens.

<br />Engineering studies are part of the land development processes. An evaluation
<br />of roads, bridges, and buildings all fall under the purview of engineering analysis.
<br />Corradino has a full complement of civil, roadway, and construction engineers
<br />that work on similar efforts for municipal and state governments across the
<br />nation. They have performed feasibility studies for roadways, railways, airports,
<br />and municipal buildings. They have designed and managed the construction
<br />of streetscapes and traffic calming projects.

<br />Estimating costs is as critical to the decision-making process as quality
<br />engineering. The costs to plan, design, construct, operate and maintain as well
<br />as the cost to acquire land and finance a facility is important. Our team has
<br />done this for municipalities, in assisting with estimating costs for transportation
<br />master plans.

<br />Review Committees, Planning and Zoning Boards, and City Councils. The ability
<br />to present well means to clearly, and concisely, convey technical information so
<br />that the audience truly understands the issue and can form an educated
<br />opinion. Few planners, engineers or architects have mastered this ability.
<br />Corradino has formed an excellent reputation of its ability to do so. This results in
<br />less frustration on behalf of elected officials, and more effectiveness on behalf
<br />of management.
