Main Street Master Plan <br />Coconut Creek, Florida <br />Client: City of Coconut Creek <br />Size: 145 acres <br />The City of Coconut Creek contracted Bermello Ajamil & <br />Partners to prepare a Main Street/Town Center Master Plan for <br />a 145 acres in size centrally located vacant land parcel. Major <br />recommendations of the master plan included land acquisition <br />and consolidation, extending the city-wide greenway along the <br />edges of the project and land use plan amendments. <br />As part of the master plan process, the public involvement effort <br />included workshops with the City Commission, the community, <br />and interested parties. <br />17
