Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc. (B&A) developed a landscape <br />improvements plan for the neighborhood of South Creek. <br />Neighborhood meetings played a key role in gathering information <br />about concerns and preferences. They focused on issues important <br />to the residents and have been critical in forming the basis <br />of the study. This will be used in the planning and design of the <br />streetscapes, signage, traffi c calming and general neighborhood <br />landscape improvements. <br />Coconut Creek has commissioned a new design for the <br />main roadway bordering South Creek. B&A will build on the <br />improvements proposed in that plan to enhance the quality of the <br />gateways into the neighborhood.
