<br />The Master Plan includes three large marinas and a comprehensive water oriented transit system to
<br />relieve pressure on the roadway system. The proposed land fi ll area of the project will include two large
<br />islands bisected with canals to serve as access-ways for water taxis. In addition, the northern portion of
<br />the project will serve as the new primary cruise ship facility for Dubai, berthing up to 6 ships simultaneously.
<br />The project, located between Palm Deira and Dubai Maritime City, in Dubai, offers a unique opportunity
<br />to take advantage of numerous water oriented developments with an extensive water transit system.
<br />The Palm Promenade (formerly known as “Jebel Ali”), Dubai, UAE - Project Manager responsible for
<br />the development of the master plan and conceptual design for this large multiuse residential and
<br />commercial property that will include hotels, a cruise ship terminal and landfi ll on the waterfront
<br />adjacent to The Palm in Jebel Ali. The project scope encompasses developing the waterfront with
<br />high intensity offi ce and residential uses, multiple marinas and a yacht club facility for both residents
<br />and visitors. The plan for this long and linear site orients the buildings in such a way as to maximize
<br />views of the water on 3 sides and access to the major marina facilities.
<br />Star Island at Dubai Waterfront, Dubai, UAE - Project Manager responsible for the development of
<br />the master plan and conceptual design associated with this project. The program encompassed
<br />the creation of an island for a large multiuse entertainment complex to be located adjacent to The
<br />Palm in Jebel Ali. The development calls for a combination of resort hotels, entertainment activities,
<br />retail, offi ce and private condominiums centered on a large tourist attraction in the form of a man
<br />made volcano. In addition, several large marinas are incorporated into the overall master plan to
<br />provide access opportunities from the numerous waterfront developments in close proximity.
<br />Kazakhstan, The World, Dubai, UAE - Project Manager responsible for the master planning of this
<br />resort community. The development will include a resort hotel, residential condominiums and villa
<br />estate lots on a series of 5 islands located inside The World. The focal point of the development is a
<br />large protected marina with pedestrian promenades, restaurants and health spa lining the shore.
<br />Seven Wishes Resort, South Thiladhunmathee Atoll (Haa Dhaalu), The Maldives - A new island resort
<br />that will include an exclusive hotel featuring fi ve extraordinary villas, a luxury hotel made up of water
<br />bungalows and a full range of recreational amenities. There will also be a marine biology learning
<br />center and spectacular botanical gardens. Facilities for yachts and helicopters, a state-of-the-art
<br />medical center and unique recreational amenities will top off the package.
