<br />Professional Experience
<br />Todd Osborn has over 22 years of design, construction, project and program management
<br />experience with public facilities including state prison facilities ranging from minimum to maximum
<br />security, municipal parks, state parks facilities, inns and conference centers, education facilities,
<br />libraries, National Guard armories and training ranges, and infrastructure projects. Expertise includes
<br />extensive experience leading multi-discipline project teams on complex projects as both an owner’s
<br />representative and as the designer. Responsibilities have included the development of program
<br />procedures and documents, program and project scope defi nitions, schedule and budget
<br />requirements, and tracking systems.
<br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Public Safety Complex, Pompano Beach, Florida - Architect. A due diligence report for the existing
<br />60,000 SF Public Safety Facility and 10,000 SF Fire Administration building that included the assessment
<br />of the existing exterior building conditions to understand the key problems related to the exterior
<br />“skin”, fi nish, and fenestration waterproofi ng. Provided recommendations for improvements to the
<br />exterior façade and provide cost estimates for said improvements.
<br />Pompano Beach Boulevard/Kiosk Building Improvements, Pompano Beach, Florida - Architect for
<br />the transformation of an existing one story storage shed into a beach concession building located
<br />east of Atlantic Boulevard in the heart of Pompano’s prime beach district. B&A was retained by the
<br />CRA to analyze the existing structure and transform the building both functionally and aesthetically
<br />into a prime destination for beach amenities for the public. The program includes restrooms and
<br />three different concession venues. All were designed into the existing footprint of the building; the
<br />building carefully integrated into the new Pompano Beach Improvements design along a prime
<br />pedestrian pathway with large deck area for café style tables and chairs.
<br />Broward Health - Health Care Clinic, Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Architect. Design of a new one story
<br />homeless clinic. The new modern facility will be twice as large as the existing homeless facility;
<br />providing greater effi ciency in building layout, more exam rooms and better patient privacy. Mr.
<br />Osborn and the team worked closely with the user groups at Broward Health, developing several
<br />architectural styles and themes for the exterior of the building.
<br />Emergency Generator Services Package, Pompano Beach, Florida - Architect for the design and
<br />construction for Emergency Generators for (5) fi ve existing City of Pompano Beach Critical Use
<br />Facilities. Scope includes (1) one permanent Emergency Generator for (2) two existing Public Works
<br />facilities and (3) three temporary Emergency Generators for existing Community / Civic Centers in
<br />Pompano Beach.
<br />Port Everglades General Architectural Services, Fort Lauderdale, Florida – Project Manager.
<br />Responsibilities include managing a continuing services contract with Port Everglades calling for
<br />architectural, vertical construction, planning and phasing services.
<br />Port Everglades Terminal 2 Improvements, Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Project Manager/Architect for
<br />Improvements to Terminal 2 including general renovations to accommodate the current needs of the
<br />Port, Carnival Corporation and Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Once completed, Terminal 2
<br />will provide improved security screening for passengers and baggage, new check-in and passenger
<br />waiting areas, concourse improvements, and an improved ground transportation area. New exterior
<br />canopies are designed to provide shelter for passengers loading and unloading at curbside.
<br />Port Everglades Terminal 19 Expansion, Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Project Manager/Architect for
<br />the expansion of Terminal 19 which will take advantage of unused warehouse space that is within
<br />the existing building to make improvements possible. Improvements include general renovations
<br />to accommodate the current needs of the Port, Carnival Corporation and Customs and Border
