<br />Port Everglades 40 Year Recertifi cation for Terminals 1 and 2; Buildings 6, 67, 68, 69, 611 and 612 , Fort
<br />Lauderdale, Florida - Project Manager/Architect. Responsible for recertifi cation of buildings 40 years
<br />and older as required by regulatory authorities. Initial inspections have been performed and reports
<br />are being written. Mr. Osborn is responsible for all coordination between structural and electrical
<br />consultants.
<br />Port Everglades Customs House Renovations Phase 1, Fort Lauderdale, Florida – Project Manager/
<br />Architect. This building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Phase 1 involves an
<br />assessment of existing conditions and recommendations for renovations to make the building useful
<br />for the Port in keeping with requirement of the National Register of Historic Places.
<br />City of Pompano Beach Fire Training Tower Door and Window Replacement, Pompano Beach, Florida
<br />- Project Architect for the replacement of all building windows with impact resistant window systems
<br />and replacement of all exterior doors.
<br />Pre-Trial Detention Center 40 Year Recertifi cation Repairs and Expansion, Miami, Florida - Project
<br />Manager. The scope of services includes renovation of an existing dormitory space to expanded
<br />kitchen area, renovation of the existing kitchen and warehousing area, conversion of food service
<br />production to a retherm process, perform an assessment of the building envelope and make
<br />recommendations for needed repairs, and a partial re-roof of the facility. The team is comprised
<br />of URS, Architects, Structural Engineers, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineers, and a food
<br />service consultant. Estimated construction budget is $25 million.
<br />Program Director, Collier County Construction Project Management and Oversight Services, Collier
<br />County, Florida - Program Director. Provides Program Management services to the Collier County
<br />Public Utilities Engineering Division on a wide variety of project including a new Landfi ll Scale House
<br />and scales, Reclamation of closed landfi ll cells, and Recycling Center projects. Provides advice and
<br />reports to Owner’s Project Manager regarding future projects and status of ongoing projects.
