The scope of services includes renovation of an existing dormitory space to expanded <br />kitchen area, renovation of the existing kitchen and warehousing area, conversion of food service <br />production to a retherm process, perform an assessment of the building envelope and make <br />recommendations for needed repairs, and a partial re-roof of the facility. The team is comprised <br />of URS, Architects, Structural Engineers, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineers, and a food <br />service consultant.
