Mr. Shahnami will serve as Principal in Charge and will bring in ideas and methods that will <br />resolve current Mechanical dilemmas. Mr. Shahnami is the president of the firm and has the authority to represent <br />the firm in all contractual matters. Mr. Shahnami has received a Certificate of Recognition by the Orange County <br />Chairman for outstanding design of make-up water retrofit at the Convention Center’s Central Utility Plant. The <br />design incorporated the use of reclaimed water as make-up water for the existing Cooling Towers (2,200 Tons <br />Cooling). The Cooling Towers now are using Reclaimed Water for HVAC purposes. The new design has saved <br />Orange County Convention Center over $100,000 per year in drinking water. <br />Education: Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering, University of Miami <br />Registered Professional Engineer – Florida # 41204 <br /> <br />Jose Lizasoain, PE, CxA <br />Project Manager / Mechanical Engineer <br />Mr. Lizasoain is a successful Project Manager as he has demonstrated to simultaneously manage the four basic <br />elements of a project including resources, time, money, and most importantly, scope. All these elements are <br />interrelated. Each must be managed effectively. Mr. Lizasoain manages these elements together making the <br />project and the project manager a success. Mr. Lizasoain is an experienced HVAC Engineer for municipal, <br />commercial and institutional buildings for the government and private sector. Mr. Lizasoain is also a Certified <br />Commissioning Agent committed to providing quality commissioning services from early in the design phase, <br />through construction and into the warranty period with the ability to oversee commissioning activities for facilities, <br />while meeting the highest level of LEED building certification feasible. Mr. Lizasoain has acted as the principal <br />commissioning authority for at least five project over 50,000 square feet and has extensive knowledge and <br />expertise in the follow: energy-efficient equipment design and control strategy optimization; writing commissioning <br />specifications and test procedures, direct digital control (DDC) systems; monitoring and analyzing system <br />operations using energy management control system trending and stand-along data logging equipment; <br />commissioning management; troubleshooting; and sustainable design. As an ACG Certified Commissioning <br />Agent, Mr. Lizasoain has managed LEED-certification and design; provided commissioning and advanced <br />commissioning; has experience with controllable systems (lighting, thermal comfort), water efficiency, energy <br />efficiency, and indoor environmental quality; experience with materials selection including recycled materials and <br />content and low-emitting materials selection; and experience with materials reuse. <br />Education: Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, George Washington University <br />Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico <br />Registered Professional Engineer – Florida # 60785 <br /> <br />Victor Goykhman <br />Executive Vice President / QAQC Manager <br />Mr. Goykhman is an Electrical Engineer with 39 years of experience, including 22 years in the consulting field. <br />Mr. Goykhman’s responsibilities include electrical design and project management. Mr. Goykhman is skilled in the <br />design of electrical systems including, but not limited to, fire alarm and detection systems, medium and low <br />voltage AC power systems, Electronic Security Systems (ESS), uninterruptible power systems, computer power <br />conditioning, grounding, lightning protection, lighting control systems, emergency power, hazardous area <br />electrical installations, control and monitoring systems, cable tray systems, communications raceway systems, <br />and communications premise wiring. Mr. Goykhman is well experienced in designing integrated city/campus-wide <br />Building Automation Systems.
