Mr. Hayner has <br />experience in the commissioning management plan of mechanical systems including, but not limited to, fire <br />protection systems, all types and sizes of HVAC systems, high temperature hot water boilers, piping, fluid <br />systems, chilled water, compressed gas systems, elevators, hoists and cranes, specialized mechanical <br />equipment and controls (including direct digital control (DDC), and programmable logic controllers (PLC), as well <br />as facilities to house the mechanical equipment. Mr. Hayner is well experienced in designing integrated <br />city/campus-wide Building Automation Systems. George’s knowledge of designing innovative solutions to <br />accelerated return on energy efficiency includes design of Energy Recovery Wheels for Child Development <br />Centers on MacDill and Hurlburt U.S. Air Force Bases. Mr. Escott is well experienced in <br />designing integrated city/campus-wide Building Automation Systems. Mark’s knowledge of designing innovative <br />solutions to accelerated return on energy efficiency includes design of LED Lighting, Photovoltaic Systems and <br />Solar Water Heating. Daily <br />capabilities included load calculations; photometric calculations and equipment sizing for buildings. As well as <br />construction administration tasks such as processing drawings, proposals, specifications, RFI’s, and site visits <br />during the construction phase.
