<br />2010, Orange County Convention Center Orlando, FL - Mr. Sayprasith provided Plumbing & Fire Protection Design and
<br />Commissioning of new Variable Frequency Drives and Controls for all existing air handling units, fan, blowers and
<br />secondary chilled water pumps. SGM was the Engineer of the record and responsible for a solid commissioning plan for this
<br />4,200,000 sq. ft. facility, the second largest convention center in the nation. The new plan was an alteration to existing
<br />facilities HVAC system. As part of this project, SGM is currently upgrading and replacing the existing multi manufacturer
<br />HVAC building automation systems (BAS) to the most current hardware and software using one manufacturer’s product.
<br />This BAS will be integrated through an enterprise level portal with remote accessibility. The goal is to integrate the campus
<br />wide buildings into one BAS web based access point.SGM is responsible for design of new controls, energy management
<br />system in compliance with codes, development of specifications, sequence of controls, design and general construction
<br />scheduling, cost estimating, and construction management.
<br />2010, Orange County Medical Examiners Facility Orlando, FL – Mr. Sayprasith provided engineering services for
<br />mechanical systems. Our fire protection submittal included complete sprinkler layout, specifications, and hydraulic
<br />calculations. The plumbing drawings show required pipe routing and sizes supplying each plumbing fixture. In addition,
<br />specifications were provided to show the required product materials, equipment, execution, and testing for all systems being
<br />used. Our contract also included construction administration which required periodic site inspections, shop drawing review,
<br />RFI responses, and meeting with the AHJ.
<br />2010, Orlando Events Center Parking Garage, Orlando, FL –Mr. Sayprasith provided plumbing and fire protection
<br />services for a $34 million parking structure to serve the needs of the Orlando Events Center (OEC). The multi-level, open
<br />parking structure will feature an estimated 2,000 spaces free of column obstacles, a helicopter landing pad, a climate-
<br />controlled elevated pedestrian crosswalk to the Orlando Events Center, and an energy-efficient lighting system. The
<br />structure will have eight (8) elevated parking levels. All stall sizes with be a minimum of 9’ wide and 18’ deep. The project is
<br />fast tracked for completion by July 2010.
<br />2007, City of Titusville, Fire Command Center, Titusville, FL – Mr. Sayprasith was a plumbing and fire protection
<br />engineer for the building assessment report regarding the MEP conditions of the City of Titusville’s Fire Command Center.
<br />SGM determined and identified current issues for life safety, ADA, HVAC, IAQ and power/electric systems. SGM also
<br />prepared cast estimates for associated deficiencies that were outlined in the report. The City utilized the report to request
<br />funding based on the findings.
<br />2007, Orange County Corrections Central Utility Plant Chiller Expansion, Orlando, FL – Mr. Sayprasith provided
<br />plumbing & fire protection design services for the existing central chiller plant which was required to meet the campus HVAC
<br />needs.
<br />2007, City of New Port Richey Recreation and Aquatic Center, New Port Richey, FL – Mr. Sayprasith provided
<br />plumbing and fire protection design services for the renovation of the thirty-seven year old existing recreation center and
<br />addition of a new 37,000 SF complex with a gymnasium, locker rooms, fitness center and meeting rooms. Exterior lighting
<br />was added for the outdoor tennis courts, parking lots, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, and walking trails.
