<br />Mr. Sayprasith has over 15 years of plumbing and fire protection design /
<br />construction administration experience for government, commercial, industrial,
<br />institutional and healthcare projects throughout Florida. His experience has given
<br />him knowledge to perform engineering / design tasks including equipment selection
<br />and sizing, pipe sizing, hydraulic calculations, and product specifications for fire
<br />suppression and plumbing systems. He is familiar with Florida’s state and local
<br />code requirements, ASPE Guidelines, NFPA and International Code standards.

<br />On-Going, Flagler County Courthouse Annex Sherriff’s Department
<br />Renovations and Energy Efficient Upgrades, Bunnell, FL – Mr. Sayprasith is a
<br />plumbing and fire protection engineer on the renovations to accommodate the
<br />needs of the sheriff’s operations. Renovations include the following: Add fire
<br />sprinkler system, replacement of the main fire alarm panel, repair exterior windows,
<br />confirm fire rated separation between Historic Courthouse and Annex, replace A/C
<br />ductwork, VAV units and controls, provide a ducted return system, test and balance
<br />the new system, replace all lighting with energy efficient fixtures and lighting
<br />controls, replace electrical power distribution system, new communications data
<br />and technologies equipment, renovate all restrooms to ADA standards, replace all
<br />suspended acoustical ceilings and grid with new efficient acoustic values, replace
<br />all water heaters with energy efficient units.
<br />2010 Orange County Fire & Rescue, Fire Station #35, Orlando, FL – Mr.
<br />Sayprasith was a commissioning authority providing commissioning services for
<br />LEED enhanced commissioning. SGM developed the owners OPR documents,
<br />reviewed drawings during construction, developed the commissioning plan,
<br />attended construction meetings, witnessed equipment start up, performed
<br />functional performance tests on the equipment and provided Test & Balance
<br />services. Commissioning procedures were performed following the ACG guidelines
<br />and the requirements of LEED.
<br />2010, Orlando Science Center HVAC, Lighting, Power, Plumbing & Fire
<br />Protection Energy Assessment, Orlando, FL – Mr. Sayprasith was a plumbing
<br />and fire protection engineer commissioned to provide engineering services to
<br />identify and recommend the best and most economical and energy efficient method
<br />of correcting the HVAC equipment located at the Orlando Science Center Complex.
<br />Responsibilities included: operation and the deficiencies associated with the
<br />operation. Inspect the facilities in areas of HVAC, lighting, power, Fire Alarm,
<br />security system, Plumbing & FP system. Review the as-build and compare with
<br />actual conditions to learn more about the operation. Attend meetings with MRI, City
<br />PM and owner’s rep to coordinate the activities and review SGM’s findings. Identify
<br />all the deficiencies associated with building’s HVAC, lighting, power, fire alarm,
<br />plumbing & FP systems. Provide a break down and inspection report including
<br />executive summary outlining the cost and improvement plan for the building
<br />operation.
