<br />Doral Public Works Facility, Doral, FL Engineering coordinator for
<br />a new vehicle maintenance and public works facility housing approxi-
<br />mately 30,000 SF including a vehicle service bays, wash and fueling
<br />facility to accommodate 6 trolleys and approximately 120 vehicles.
<br />Project to be LEED Silver.
<br />Flamingo Park Master Plan and Tennis Center, Miami Beach, FL
<br />Engineering coordinator for new 5,000 SF tennis center for the City of
<br />Miami Beach at historic Flamingo Park. The new tennis center will
<br />have 17 hydro grid courts, a new restroom building, new handball
<br />courts, new tot lot, a new water feature at the center of the park, and
<br />new lighting, fencing, landscaping and shade trees along pedestrian
<br />promenades.
<br />Pinecrest Park, Village of Pinecrest, FL Engineering coordinator
<br />for the design of this new 10 -acre park for the Village of Pinecrest,
<br />Florida. The park includes two soccer fields, two softball fields, bat-
<br />ting cages, a tot lot, perimeter jogging path with fitness stations, a
<br />covered shelter and a 5,000 SF community center consisting of an
<br />activity room, public restrooms, administrative park offices, a snack
<br />shop, a large recreation shelter for public gatherings, a covered chil-
<br />dren's playground, and parking for 140 vehicles.
<br />Coral Gables Maintenance & Administration Facility, Coral Ga-
<br />bles, FL Project Manager for the design of a new 42,500 SF multi-
<br />use, multi -level maintenance and storage facility to accommodate the
<br />City's fleet maintenance and storage operations.
<br />Village of Palmetto Bay Community Center and Library at
<br />Bayside Park, Village of Palmetto Bay, FL Engineering coordina-
<br />tor for a 9,000 SF Library that will function as a neighborhood li-
<br />brary and will be located next to a future environmentally - oriented
<br />park.
<br />Mary Brickell Village and Parking Garage, Miami, FL Engineering
<br />Coordinator for design services for this mixed -use development in
<br />downtown Miami that houses 220,000 SF of retail space including a
<br />Publix Supermarket, and 369 residential units on 24 floors with nine
<br />levels of parking. Integrated within the mixed -use project, the parking
<br />garage provides 1,400 retail spaces with specific user zones.

<br />Coordinator for a 458,000 SF mixed -used development situated on a
<br />6.81 -acre parcel, in a prominent site located on Red Road, housing

<br />Mr. Gutierrez developed and manages
