Wolfberg Alvarez & Partners (WAP) has been instrumental in the <br />successful development of the new master plan for Flamingo Park, which <br />�) includes a new Tennis Center facility and courts for the City of Miami Beach, <br />Florida. As the Project Managerfor the project, I am thoroughly impressed with <br />WA, and to date, the firm has met and many times exceeded the City's <br />expectations meeting the demands of this $10.3 million dollar project. <br />WAP's professionalism and ability to handle major project issues with its in- <br />house forces was very helpful in timely addressing unforeseen issues, that <br />often time arise with less experienced teams of professionals /designers. Your <br />team conducted several community workshop presentations and shared its <br />vision with the residents and City staff.
