Approach /Methodology, Engineers Planners sume)nrs Team Meetings Depending on the project, team meeting will be established in critical points in the project to insure that decisions are made when needed and the momentum remains constant during the entire project. Quality Assurance / Quality Control Quality is an important issue that must be addressed throughout the entire project. A consistent philosophy must be set which will be carried through the planning, design and construction process. It is our belief that standards for quality should be established at the initial stage of design to ensure consistency in addressing the Client's goals and requirements for success. The Quality Control Program performs detailed checks for accuracy, errors and omissions prior to substantial completion and before each "phase" submittal for Client's review. During construction, we will assure that every effort is made to see the construction proceeds in accordance with the contractual requirements, plans, specifications and applicable codes in place at the time of permitting. Sun -Tech Engineering, Inc. (STE) is Licensed and Insured in the State of Florida to provide Engineering and Surveying Services. STE has the in -house capabilities to support projects through all phases of design, permitting and construction inspection activities. In response to the RFP, STE has compiled an in -house professionals and support staff to meet the requirements for City's demands. As discussed, Mr. Clifford Loutan, P.E., Director of Design, will be the Project Manager and primary contact and coordinate the in -house STE work output. Charles Rossi, PLS will provide necessary survey support. STE is submitting for the following category: 1. Civil / Environmental Engineering STE has prepared the qualifications package to demonstrate our level of experience and capacity to support all levels of service required for the above projects. STE is an Engineering, Planning and Surveying firm that specializes in all levels of Civil Engineering and Surveying. We self perform engineering for site development projects including planning, construction documents, budgeting, permitting, construction observation and project closeout. We provide the services to all infrastructure improvement related projects including water, sewer, paving, grading and drainage. With these supplemental in -house services we can support projects from the initial planning phases through construction, which we believe will yield a great benefit to the City of Sunny Isles Beach, if STE is selected for this project. We are a small organization but very focused on the industry we support. We strive for excellence in performance and client satisfaction. STE performs infrastructure engineering design and analysis for every project we work on i.e., water systems, wastewater systems and drainage. Each design is performed in accordance with Local, State and Federal Regulations.
