Mr. <br />Calderon and CALTRAN's staff understands that a schedule is intended not only for the consultant, <br />but also for the City to coordinate their resources for reviewing submittals and for reporting to other <br />City members. Mr. Calderon values the importance of meeting milestone dates, review dates, and <br />final submittal dates. <br />As an example below is a proposed schedule prepared based on previous experience for a corridor <br />master plan reflect time frame for data collected, vision developing, strategy development. Each phase <br />will be assessed considering the timeframes that the City requires being flexible and adaptable to <br />provide the cost effective solutions. <br />Coordination and Communication: Mr. Calderon will be available to meet the project - stakeholders <br />at their request without over - extending the budget. Mr. Calderon has demonstrated these capabilities on previous <br />projects of this type. Internal cost control is also provided through a custom accounting system <br />1 software, which tracks project costs and provides project performance and billing information. Mr. <br />Calderon uses this accounting information and project status to track performance on a regular basis. <br />Safety: In South Florida there is a constant increase in vehicular <br />traffic, therefore our staff has been trained to become intimately <br />familiar with roadway conditions and characteristics, and to be capable <br />to assess and mitigate situations that may put them at risk.
