Mr. Calderon and CALTRAN's staff understands that a schedule is intended not only for the consultant, but also for the City to coordinate their resources for reviewing submittals and for reporting to other City members. Mr. Calderon values the importance of meeting milestone dates, review dates, and final submittal dates. As an example below is a proposed schedule prepared based on previous experience for a corridor master plan reflect time frame for data collected, vision developing, strategy development.
