G. BA71STA
is OO
Whatever the project may be, Mr. Batista will always remain at the main point of contact and will be
intimately involved in all the aspects of the project even if he assigns one of his Project Managers to
some of the minor tasks.
ABILITY TO MEET THE DESIRED TIMELINES AND DEADLINES
We do not know of any company that will employ a losing marketing strategy of advertising their
inability to meet deadlines. But as a licensed, successful and seasoned General Contractor, Mr.
Batista knows first -hand the importance of "doing what you say you are going to do ". Even through
these hard economic times, Mr. Batista is a continually sought -after professional due to his
unblemished reputation as delivering on his promises. Those that do not, simply wither away in this
A /E /C industry, where those that survive, are professionals that consistently provide cost - effective,
timely and quality services.
The ability to meet timelines and deadlines has a direct correlation to the availability of resources to
employ to the given task. Upon embarking on the "Strategy" we assess the amount of resources
required to successfully complete the task within the time given. The resources include the amount of
personnel, the time allotted to each person for each task, and also the equipment, software, and
materials required. We have an ample office in Cooper City for the past 6 years with all the
equipment required to conduct efficient engineering business. Additionally, Mr. Batista's employees
are ready, willing and able to perform and support Mr. Batista in his duties, and our extensive
network of hired and seasoned consultants are always at hand to supplement our forces when time
constraints require it.
Individual Strengths in Particular Projects:
COMMUNITY CENTERS
Greg Batista has extensive experience in the planning and designing of community and residential
centers. Mr. Batista has worked with owners and developers such as Centerline Homes to provide
design and engineering services for clubhouses for their residential developments. We have also
performed interior upgrades and renovations for other community facilities. The highlight of our
efforts with respects to the design of a community center is the Brighton Elder Care Facility for the
Seminole Tribe of Florida performing as the Engineer of Record for the structural and also the
Engineer of Record for the mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and plumbing design.
Mr. Batista was the designer of record for this 23,000 square foot facility which boasted a 1,700 sf
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH
RFQ No. 12 -04 -01
