Our success, even during these hard economic times, has been mostly due to the non -
compromising implementation of our afore - mentioned
"Method Sphere" tactic for completing our engineering tasks.
The overall organization that is employed to attack a given
engineering task revolves around the first step which is the
"Strategy ". It is during this initial and critical phase that we
-_ assess the scope of work and apply the appropriate resources
- for its successful and timely completion. Through the years,
Mr. Batista has been able to amass a pool of talent that are
both full -time employees as well as hired consultants.
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH
RFQ No. 12 -04 -01
