BATISTA <br />i &AZOCwTs <br />PROJECT: Galerias I Condominium Parking Garage <br />LOCATION: Hato Rey, Puerto Rico <br />DESCRIPTION: 450 Unit Parking Garage Structure <br />CAPACITY: Greg Batista was the Project Manager for the construction of this 4 level <br />concrete cast -in -place parking facility. <br />190 <br />COMMUNITY CENTERS <br />` Greg Batista has extensive experience in the planning and designing of community and residential <br />centers. Mr. Batista has worked with owners and developers such as Centerline Homes to provide <br />" design and engineering services for clubhouses for their residential developments. We have also <br />performed interior upgrades and renovations for other community facilities. The highlight of our <br />efforts with respects to the design of a community center is the Brighton Elder Care Facility for the <br />Seminole Tribe of Florida performing the Engineer of Record for the structural and Engineer of <br />Record for the mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and plumbing design. Mr. Batista was <br />the designer of record for this 23,000 square foot facility which boasted a 1,700 sf commercial <br />kitchen, cafeterias, offices, meeting areas and a generator design to carry the complete electrical load <br />in case of an outage. <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />RFQ No. 12 -04 -01 <br />
