Upon embarking on the "Strategy" we assess the amount of resources <br />required to successfully complete the task within the time given. The resources include the amount of <br />personnel, the time allotted to each person for each task, and also the equipment, software, and <br />materials required. We have an ample office in Cooper City for the past 6 years with all the <br />equipment required to conduct efficient engineering business. Additionally, Mr. Batista's employees <br />are ready, willing and able to perform and support Mr. Batista in his duties, and our extensive <br />network of hired and seasoned consultants are always at hand to supplement our forces when time <br />constraints require it. <br />SPECIFIC STRENGTHS <br />Individual Strengths in Particular Projects: <br />PARKING GARAGES <br />Greg Batista has been on both sides of the fence in the construction of parking garage structures <br />j <br />handling both the design and the building using various methods such as cast -in -place and the more <br />widely -used precast methods.
