<br />With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Hall has been involved in numerous diverse Land
<br />Development and Civil Engineering projects. His experience providing construction management
<br />for a Builder /Developer, permit review and program management for a large municipality, and
<br />Design /Consulting services for both Private and Public sector clients, provides broad insight
<br />into the variety of issues related to project development.
<br />Having participated in the design and implementation of everything from small in -fill development
<br />to large neighborhood improvement projects, Mr. Hall has been exposed to a wide range of
<br />private land development and public infrastructure projects. His experience spans from modeling
<br />and master planning to preparation of construction documents, permitting, and construction
<br />administration, for numerous water distribution, sewer collection, storm water management,
<br />and land development projects.
<br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
<br />BROWARD COUNTY WOMEN'S DETENTION CENTER, POMPANO, FL: New
<br />detention facility with approximately 700 beds located within the City of Pompano. Expansion
<br />included utilities coordination for construction of new towers as well as potential for future
<br />expansion.
<br />GATOR RUN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, WESTON, FL: Proposed building and expansion
<br />of an existing school site to eliminate existing portable classrooms. Site planning and re- design
<br />of existing infrastructure, services, and roadways.
<br />BROWARD COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER/GARAGE EXPANSION, FORT
<br />LAUDERDALE, FL: Prepared construction documents for construction of additional garage
<br />to accommodate the Convention Center. Required modification to existing permits, relocation
<br />of utilities and complicated stormwater solutions.
<br />NEW RIVER MIDDLE SCHOOL, FORT LAUDERDALE, FL: Prepared site plan and
<br />construction documents for construction of school on vacant parcel. In addition to usual permit
<br />agency approvals, complied with SREF and additional BCSB standards.
<br />POMPANO MIDDLE SCHOOL, POMPANO, FL: Originally two separate sites separated
<br />by an existing street, the project involved abandonment of existing right -of -way and combination
<br />of two sites into one with partial renovations to an existing building and construction of a new
<br />building and related site improvements. Project required significant coordination with BCSC
<br />and City.
<br />BROWARD COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER/HOTEL, FORT LAUDERDALE, FL:
<br />Located adjacent to the existing Convention Center, the site was used for surface parking and
<br />container storage. Prepared site plan and preliminary engineering plans for approval. Complex
<br />design issues related to proximity to bulk- heads, existing utilities, right -of -way vacations, and
<br />requirement for coordination with Port operations.

<br />CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE — GENERAL ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT,
<br />FORT LAUDERDALE, FL: Project Coordinator and point of contact for engineering,
<br />landscape, survey, and architectural services provided to the City through open- ended contract.
<br />In addition to management of multiple projects, responsible for overseeing design, commitment
<br />to schedule and meeting budgets for multi- facetted improvement projects. Projects include
<br />programs to provide water and wastewater improvements to existing neighborhoods served by
<br />septic systems and without adequate fire protection. Areas served include a mixture of single
<br />family, multi - family, commercial, office and industrial uses. In addition to utilities, improvements
<br />included streetscape, landscape, drainage, roadway re- alignment and traffic calming. Client/
