Additionally Dave has worked as a project manager for Palm Beach County Real Estate and Property Management Division. Dave holds a BS from Barry University in Management. Normand Lapierre — President: is a Certified Green Consultant in compliance with The Green Business League Certified for home and business in the principals of green practices and has over 35 years of experience with FPL distribution engineering and construction departments and is versed in all processes necessary to bring developments on line. His roles at FPL have been varied from project manager to instructor of newly hired engineers to engineering manager for MasTec. Additionally, Norm has experience in the quality improvement processes, lighting design and telecommunications cable installation. 1 Robert Busker — Utility Coordination Group, Inc. Project Manager: has over 25 years of energy efficiency experience within a utility operating company. He has held management positions at I Florida Power & Light Co. where he led teams, and personally conducted extensive energy conservation and efficiency programs for large commercial and industrial accounts. He developed some of the most innovative energy savings measures in Florida for major South Florida energy consumers from schools to f offices to manufacturers -all of which led to substantial energy savings. He has been active in designing and implementing electrical distribution systems as well as co -gen /back -up gen for large energy consumers. After leaving FP &L, Bob joined MASTEC a major utility contractor working closely with FP &L and other Florida utilities designing electrical systems for commercial accounts. Bob holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a BS from University of Florida in Industrial Engineering. Along with Norm and I, Bob is also a Principal Consultant for Energy IQ. Mike Beningo- Sr. Project Manager: Former Florida Power & light professional who has over 26 years of distribution designing experience that included designing Vaults (both radial and throw over and stack), concrete encased duct bank/Manhole systems (mostly on Miami Beach and Coral gables), OH Relocation and designing small residential loops. Also familiar with pad mounted transformers, switch pads, pad mounted Powell Essco switches and Vacuum switches. Mikes career at FPL also included several years of customer service experience as a commercial service representative helping customers with their energy issues.
