l <br />�l <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br />Target Engineering Group has invested tremendous amount of resources and developed a construction <br />management system, TEGCLOUD which is an integrated data management system, on many of its key <br />projects. Optimized use of technology has become the critical factor for successful firms today, and as a <br />forward- thinking business, we have developed the right IT Infrastructure mix to handle project <br />documentation. Our long -term strategy of investing in our staff and in our quality and service management <br />systems is paying off now in terms of increased customer satisfaction levels and our ability to operate within <br />complex customer environments. Target Engineering Group's personnel is currently using MS <br />SharePoint 2010 on numerous Florida Department of Transportation projects and we intend to use the same <br />technology for this project. <br />TEGCLOUD, a client- focused information system, is used to manage projects from a client - centric and <br />collaborative perspective. TEGCLOUD encompasses a suite of construction management tools that provide <br />document, schedule and cost controls for clients. TEGCLOUD manages both documents and data, creating <br />one central database for all project information, concerning any aspect of the program. The TEGCLOUD <br />system is composed of a computer database management system and standardized reporting format that has <br />the ability to document the status of work daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, as well as for the <br />entire project duration. <br />We use Microsoft SharePoint <br />Technology as the platform for our <br />PA rtER, <br />EEAGLOYEES <br />Construction Management software. <br />We provide online access to our <br />collaborative construction <br />.� <br />management environment from any <br />-- Corporate Portal <br />, J, <br />smart phone and tablet device. <br />- <br />WEBSITE `y, _ <br />CLIENTS <br />((. <br />li <br />We also provide to our users <br />virtualized desktop computing to <br />access the systems. <br />Target Engineering Group's online <br />information systems can be operated <br />from state of the art mobile devices <br />like iPhone and iPad. <br />Target Engineering Group, Inc.
