I <br />iJ <br />L, <br />�J <br />Crisis Management Plan <br />The Public Information Officer will be responsible for assessing any crisis issues during construction. A <br />Crisis Management Plan will be implemented in the overall Public Information Plan to prepare for any <br />unforeseen circumstances. Potential crisis issues include but are not limited to death or injury on the job site; <br />negative media coverage on roadway construction with respect to project activities, estimated funding <br />changes or project outcome. <br />Quality control and assurance procedures, including timely reporting, and review pay application and <br />change orders <br />Target Engineering Group, Inc. will submit for the County's review and approval a comprehensive Quality <br />Assurance Plan (QAP) to monitor the quality of our Team's work. This plan will be developed based on our <br />corporate QA/QC Plan for the project and will be submitted within 30 days of contract execution. In <br />addition, the QAP will include the deliverables outlined in the Scope of Services for the project and will <br />specify review frequencies, measurable expected performance results, actual performance results and follow - <br />up action of items indicated as opportunities for improvement.
