The intent of the project is to <br />update the look and experience of the concourse, consistent with the vision outlines in <br />their adopted master plan, without compromising the integrity of the corridor’s <br />importance as one of the few remaining stretches to boast predominantly well‐ <br />preserved MiMo buildings. The project’s scope includes paving design, landscape <br />planting improvements, lighting and street furnishings. The project is presently in the <br />permitting phase, and CGA will be coordinating the Town’s improvements with FDOT’s <br />plans to provide improvements on the corridor’s roadway. The project was funded <br />through the LAP process, for which CGA provided all administrative services. <br />Page 2| 24
