Compliance with City redevelopment standards led to a promenade walkway <br />with shopping and outdoor dining as this project integrating this development with <br />Downtown Hollywood including a cross parking agreement for shared parking garage <br />facilities. <br />Project Specifics <br /> Located in Downtown Hollywood at Young Circle within the Community <br />Redevelopment Area <br /> FDOT coordination required led to on‐street parking and right‐of‐way <br />agreements <br /> Undergrounding of existing overhead utilities and replacement of all City <br />infrastructure <br />Cross parking agreement reached with City for shared parking garage facilities <br />Page 2| 26
