<br />GREGORY J. CLEMENTS, PSM  <br />Survey Support Services  <br />SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS   <br />Mr. Clements has 43 years of experience as a surveyor and mapper. He is expert in all  <br />phases of land surveying including the retracement of section lines, lot lines, tract lines,  <br />right‐of‐way (ROW) lines, and centerlines. Mr. Clements’ responsibilities include  <br />preparation of proposals, budget control, quality control (QA/QC), and technical support  <br />for the field crews. He also coordinates the preparation of legal descriptions, record  <br />plats, ROW maps, boundary surveys, topographical surveys, and acts as the liaison  <br />between the client and the firm.  <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE  <br />City of Tamarac, Florida.  Prepare multiple boundary surveys of parcels of land being  <br />acquired by the City for a new park and cell tower site.  <br />Town of Davie, Florida.  Prepare Boundary, Topographic and Tree surveys on  <br />proposed 10‐acre Water Treatment site. Additionally prepared and recorded a Plat and  <br />wrote multiple sketch and descriptions for utilities for the same site.  <br />City of Pahokee, Florida. Prepared sketch and legal description of new Community  <br />Redevelopment Area (CRA). Involved research into the old records used to establish the  <br />City.  <br />Various Substation Surveys, Miami­Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Counties, Florida.  <br />Prepared boundary, tree, and topographic surveys on substations ranging in size from 2  <br />to more than 40 acres.   <br />Gulfstream Park, Hallandale Beach, Florida. Prepared plat boundary and topographic  <br />surveys of 260‐acre horse track/entertainment complex. Combined aerial mapping  <br />techniques with conventional survey methods to produce a high quality drawing under  <br />budget.  <br />City of Lauderhill GIS Drainage Infrastructure Inventory, Lauderhill, Florida.  <br />Responsible for creating data dictionary fields and uploading to Trimble pathfinder.  <br />Data downloading and processing of GPS files using Trimble GPS Pathfinder Office and  <br />outputting into ESRI shape files and attribute data files.  <br />City of Weston. Since 1997 responsible for multiple Route surveys throughout the City.  <br />Surveys were used by engineers to design major roadway and utility improvements.   <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Responsible for Boundary/Topographic Surveys and Platting  <br />of City Park. Prepared multiple sketch and descriptions for land swaps, easements and  <br />land use revisions.  <br />City of Weston Reviewed multiple Title Reports prepared by various title companies of  <br />properties throughout the City looking for easements that dedicated access and  <br />maintenance obligations to the City as owner of Public Utilities.  <br />Town of Surfside. Responsible for route surveys covering the entire Town. These were  <br />used to design a major redo on the potable water system.  <br />EDUCATION <br />Bachelor of Business <br />Administration <br />University of Toledo, <br />Geographic Information <br />Systems I & II, offered <br />under the M.S. in <br />Geography Program, <br />Florida Atlantic University <br />PROFESSIONAL <br />REGISTRATION <br />Registered Professional <br />Surveyor/Mapper <br />State of Florida, No. 4479 <br />Registered Professional <br />Surveyor, State of Ohio, <br />No. 6545 <br />Registered Professional <br />Land Surveyor <br />State of Texas, No. 4197 <br />Page 3| 23
