<br />GIANNO ANTONIO FEOLI, ASLA, AIA  <br />Landscape Architectural Support Services  <br />SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS   <br />Mr. Feoli leads the Landscape Department in creative design strategies for urban  <br />environments with specialties including urban design, contextual analysis and branding.   <br />He also conducts most of CGA’s master planning, transit‐oriented designs, community  <br />participation efforts and graphic communication services.  His experience has  <br />encompassed a wide array of project‐types, and his strengths lie in park design,  <br />streetscapes and urban interventions, and form‐based urban designs and planning  <br />strategies.   <br />RECENT PROJECTS  <br />Beachwalk Master Plan, Surfside, FL; Project Manager, Lead Designer; Client:   <br />Town of Surfside: Master plan of a 1‐mile linear park that connects all street‐end plaza  <br />components with access to the beach, including dune and turtle habitat restoration,  <br />branding sculptures, salt‐tolerant character plantings, and specialty paving design.  <br />92nd Street Park, Bay Harbor Islands, FL; Project Manager, Lead Designer; Client:   <br />Town of Bay Harbor Islands: Site design and landscape design of a 2‐acre urban  <br />community passive park with a dog run area, flexible open space, branded planting  <br />design, urban plaza and furnishings.   <br />Peace Mound Park, Weston, FL; Lead Designer; Client:  City of Weston: Developed a  <br />design for a waterfront passive park that celebrates the existence of an archeological  <br />Tequesta Indian burial mound.  The design sought to reflect the presence of the burial  <br />mound with elements abstracted from the Tequesta way of life and belief.  <br />Doral Boulevard Beautification Master Plan, Doral, FL; Project Manager, Lead  <br />Designer, Workshop Facilitator; Client:  City of Doral: Streetscape and urban design  <br />for a 4‐mile stretch of Doral Boulevard, creating planning zones, access management  <br />design recommendations, signage and gateway features, stipulating architectural  <br />relationships to improved sidewalk design and parking design recommendations.  <br />Miami Gardens Town Center, Miami Gardens, FL; Project Manager, Lead Designer,  <br />Workshop Facilitator; Client:  City of Miami Gardens: Developed and TOD and Town  <br />Center design for over 100 acres of derelict and underutilized urban contiguous areas in  <br />preparation for the mass‐transit MetroRail expansion and its new station scheduled at  <br />the site.  The project consisted on the development of planning and design standards  <br />and ordinances that allowed for balanced densities to support the public transit system  <br />and a new commercially viable, walkable community.   <br />EDUCATION <br />Master of <br />Landscape Architecture <br />Florida International <br />University, School of <br />Architecture, Miami, FL <br />B.A., Architectural Studies <br />Florida International <br />University, School of <br />Architecture, Miami, FL <br />PROFESSIONAL <br />AFFILIATIONS <br />American Society of <br />Landscape Architects <br />American Institute of <br />Architects <br />Urban Environment <br />League <br />US Green Building <br />Council <br />Page 3| 32
