<br /> <br />Tammy Cook­Weedon, ASLA, RLA, LEED­AP, Page 2  <br />Eagle Point Park, Weston, FL; Role; Client:  City of Weston: Passive park design for a 4‐acre community  <br />park including lighting improvements, continuous walking paths, children’s play equipment, planting and  <br />irrigation design.  <br />Redlands Fruit and Spice Park, South Dade, FL; Landscape Architect/Project Manager; Client:  <br />Miami­Dade Park and Recreation Department: Botanical garden design showcasing the relationships  <br />between agriculture and culture, with particular attention to creating an around‐the‐world thematic design  <br />with thoroughness in details about planting arrangements, cultivated species and spatial qualities.  <br />Miramar Parkway Landscape Improvements, Miramar, FL; Landscape Architect/Project Manager;  <br />Client: City of Miramar: Prepared conceptual designs for gateway features at the entrance into the city.  <br />The designs included architectural elements, branding, urban greenways and character planting.  <br />Patricia A. Mishcon Athletic Field, North Miami Beach, FL; Landscape Architect; Client: City of North  <br />Miami Beach: Developed site design for an active park facility with multiple fields that established a strong  <br />connection to an adjacent linear park housing the city’s annual Italian Festival.  <br />Corridors Beautification Master Plan, Weston, FL; Landscape Architect; Client: City of Weston:  <br />Developed master plan and landscape design for planting and branding along all major thoroughfares of  <br />the city, including lighting and gateway features.  <br />Campus Support Facility, Miami, FL; Landscape Architect/Project Manager; Client: Florida  <br />International University: Provided courtyard design for passive outdoor uses, including a water feature,  <br />bronze sculpture, planting and irrigation design through careful coordination with the architectural  <br />character of the surrounding building.  <br />Biscayne Boulevard Improvements, North Miami Beach, FL; Landscape Architect/Project Manager;  <br />Client: City of North Miami Beach: Prepared branding, planting and irrigation design services in  <br />coordination with FDOT. The project also included landscape treatments around the existing FPL  <br />substation and all coordination of its components.  <br />Cooper City Sports Complex, Cooper City, FL; Landscape Architect/Project Manager; Client: City of  <br />Cooper City: Designed an active park with roller hockey rinks, soccer and baseball fields, lighting,  <br />restrooms and concessions. An important consideration in the design was establishment of a strong, legible  <br />connection to the surrounding neighborhoods and including both a fire station and a police station.  <br />Page 3| 31
