<br />DONALD WINDHAM  <br />Senior Associate/Constructability Review  <br />SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS   <br />Mr. Windham has 55 years of engineering construction experience including generating  <br />construction drawings and cost estimates, as well as providing construction inspection  <br />services for all types of civil engineering projects. He is responsible for the review of all  <br />engineering plans prior to construction and prides himself on reviewing the projects as  <br />if he were the contractor bidding the project. He supervises six full‐time field inspectors  <br />and oversees all projects under construction.  <br />With his experience, Mr. Windham can generate extremely reliable detailed construction  <br />drawings and other preconstruction information. He also prepares cost estimates for  <br />major and minor highway design projects, water and sewer facilities pump stations,  <br />drainage systems, pollution control structures, earthwork operations, landfills, and  <br />major commercial residential developments.  <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE  <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant, City of Hollywood, Florida. Managed all site grading  <br />and stormwater drainage construction.  <br />Managed all elements of construction management for these projects:  <br /> Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion, Phase II, Dania, Florida  <br /> Water Treatment Plant, Davie, Florida   <br /> Water Treatment Plant Expansion to 18 MGD, Pembroke Pines, Florida  <br /> Water Treatment Plant Color Removal, Pembroke Pines, Florida  <br /> Water Booster Pump Station No. 2 (Academic Village) Design and Construction,  <br />Pembroke Pines, Florida   <br />All Engineering Projects, City of Weston, Florida. Construction management and  <br />engineering permitting for all projects designed by CGA’s Engineering Department  <br />including Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection System Expansion and  <br />Modification.  <br />Construction Management (Roadway):  <br /> Palm Avenue Improvements, City of Pembroke Pines/Broward County, Florida  <br /> Pine Island Road from Orange Drive to Nova Drive, Town of Davie and Broward  <br />County, Florida  <br /> Pines Boulevard from I‐75 to US 27, City of Pembroke Pines, Florida  <br /> Pines Boulevard from Flamingo Road to I‐75, City of Pembroke Pines, Florida  <br />PROFESSIONAL <br />ASSOCIATIONS <br />Underground Contractors <br />Associations <br />Engineers Contractors <br />Association <br />Page 3| 37
