<br />RFQ #12‐06‐01, Construction Management Services for Gateway Park Page 4| 7  <br />Evaluations may be used in part for determinations of responsibility prior to award of sealed bid contracts  <br />or in evaluating past performance as a part of source selection for a negotiated contract.  <br />If the prime contractor's performance would be evaluated as satisfactory but for the performance of a  <br />major subcontractor, it is permissible to execute a separate evaluation of the subcontractor, following the  <br />same rules as if it were a prime.
